《天子祭天》

皇上每年冬至率群臣赴天坛祭天是一项重要的国是活动。天子亲自祈求上苍：普天之下，风调雨顺，五谷丰登，太平昌盛。本作品表现皇上乘坐象辂，祭天仪仗行至“天桥”的盛况。

　　

It is an important state event in every winter solstice for the emperor to lead his officials to the Temple of Heaven to worship the heavens. The son of heaven personally prays to Heaven for a favorable weather, an abundant harvest and a peaceful and prosperous society. The works shows the grand occasion that the emperor sits in the palanquin decorated with ivory and passes by Tianqiao.
