The work expresses the theme of "letting a hundred flowers bloom" and prosperity, and depicts a colorful picture of a hundred flowers in full bloom, competing with each other and birds crowing. Different collage techniques of glass mosaic are used to create artistic effects with plump shapes and bright colors. The warm scene of flowers not only symbolizes the prosperity and development of Chinese culture, but also embodies the integration of world civilization that "a single flower is not spring, and a hundred flowers bloom in spring.".
