《玉堂富贵》

平安里站的整体设计理念以老北京胡同民居文化为主旨。垂花门在北京四合院民居中用的最普遍。玉兰和海棠一起栽植被人谐称为“玉堂富贵”，寓意极好。

　

The overall design concept of Ping’anli Station is based on the residential culture of old Beijing Hutong. Festooned gates are very popular in Beijing quadrangle dwellings. Magnolia and Begonia planted together is called “Yutang Fugui (meaning riches and honor)”, which shares a similar pronunciation with the combination of the two flowers in Chinese.
