《联古通今》

作为六号线全线的东边起点，潞城站具有重要的地位。壁画《联古通今》依托北京地铁线网的远景规划，借助古都经典的地标性建筑以及日新月异的城市风貌，表现了由现代城市轨道交通所串联起来的历史与今天。现有和未来规划的一条条地铁线路纵横交错，形成一张色彩斑斓的大网，将首都北京的过去、现在和将来联接在一起。让我们在继承悠久而灿烂文化的同时，更加努力的建设我们的美好家园，由此寓意北京的未来会更加美好。作品采用玻璃雕刻彩绘的工艺完成。

　

Lu Cheng Station is important because it is the east starting point of Line 6. This mural, made with glass carving process, creates an artistic map that shows the long-term development plan of Beijing subway network, blended with the landmark structures, both past and present, of the city. Here, the past, present and future of Beijing is connected.
